Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable we  ask that you cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. By following our cancellation policy in a timely manner you will not lose your deposit.

We understand emergencies and getting sick happen however; unfortunately you will still be charged a cancellation fee. If you are coming in for a prepaid treatment, you will lose that treatment unless a $350 deposit is collected for missed appointment. 

If you are unsure of the treatment you are a good candidate for please feel free to take advantage of our virtual consultation (Snatched Regimen) option to get a comprehensive breakdown along with the proper order of treatments. Regardless, each treatment booked includes a thorough consultation to determine what the best treatment plan is for you.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to begin your paperwork. Come with a clean, bare face to avoid having to wash full make up off in clinic. If you are coming from work and have makeup on we will provide you with a cleanser but keep in mind this cuts into your appointment and numbing time. 

No guests are allowed at appointments. This includes furry friends. If you do have a guest with you, they'll be asked to wait in the car or outside of the clinic.

We do not have any training, shadowing, or volunteer options at this time.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. You will also be asked to sign this in your consent upon first appointment. Exchanges for certain skin treatments can be made if approved by our medical director.
